Abstract Acceptance for Oral Presentation

By accepting our invitation you understand and agree to:

  • Acceptance constitutes intent to attend the full conference.
  • Have registered and paid to attend the conference by January 1, 2010.
  • Submit required forms and documents by due dates.
  • Have your abstract and authors names published in the conference proceedings book and on the Conference website.*
  • Grammar edits by review committee.
  • Professional video and/or audio tapings of your presentation for educational purposes to be viewed through electronic social media sources; ie, ITunes U, YouTube, and eCommons (a web based interactive community.)
  • Limit your presentation to 20 minutes including time for introduction and questions.
  • Submit your presentation (power point, film etc.) three weeks prior to the congress, that is no later than Wednesday March 17, 2010.

* No change in abstract title, content, or authors will be accepted after October 30, 2009.

I have read the above requirements and I accepted the invitation from the Penn-ICOWHI 18th Congress for oral presentation. I will be available to present anytime on the dates of April 8th or 9th, 2010. Abstract submissions accepted will be printed in the 18th congress program book only if the presenting author is registered and paid in full for the Conference by January 1, 2010.
